Shipping
and Rates
Vizeau offers the USPS
(United States Postal Service) for domestic ground and
second-day deliveries, Federal Express and UPS
upon request. We ship anywhere worldwide.

To track your package, please visit http://www.usps.com
and enter your tracking number. The United States Postal Service
website does not update its
information for 24-48 hours, so some delays in the tracking steps
may occur (it takes time to register in their system). Direct
questions to the carrier can be made by clicking here.
Note: A status 'Accepted' shows on the
carrier's tracking page to note the package has been processed
at the main processing unit.
PLEASE
NOTE: Some carriers charge 10 dollars for address corrections,
which will be billed to your account, so make sure you can give
us a physical address and a telephone number to reach you. A work
address is preferred. For residential, business and P.O boxes
Standard shipping is 5-7 business days, subject to availability.
Some international shipments may take up to fifteen (15) business
days, due to clearance through customs. For alternate payment

email services block or mark our customer care emails as spam.
Please open your Spam and Bin folders to make sure you check for
a response. An autoresponder may help you with your
frequently asked questions. We will receive the email and
process it so soon as we receive it.
All shipments outside the United States are sent via Registered
Mail. The cost is included in the shipping fee. The following

Our
shopping cart is accessed by clicking on this button, directly

proceed to the checkout screen (pop-ups must be enabled).
After you click the Add to Cart button, you can continue with
your checkout in two ways:

Same
Day Service:
If you call in your order in the morning (Eastern Standard Time),
we try to have it processed and on the way to you that same
day via the United States Postal Service. For faster delivery
choose 2nd Day Air provided the items are in stock. If an item
is not in stock it may take from 7-10 business days for delivery.
Please check back with us on the status of your order after
5 business days.
We
make every effort to ensure that all prices and colors are correct
at the time of production. However, typographical errors may
occur. While we try to present our merchandise as accurately
as possible, colors may vary slightly due to your monitor setup.
Mail
Orders and Catalogues

At
the moment, we do not offer
printed catalogues. We launched our first Photo Book, featuring
our See Through Me Collection.

purchases using checks or money orders, please send us a request
through our customer care form here.
Guarantee
Our
staff is available to assist you. If you are not completely
delighted with any item you purchase from us, return it, and
we will exchange it as you prefer. There is a one-time re-stocking
fee of 10.00 USD per order on returns, not exchanges.
Returns
and Exchanges
You,
our customer, are most important to us and we want you to be
totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, due to
damage, please wrap the item securely, include the sales and
packing slips, indicate the reason for return or exchange, and
return it to us prepaid postage by insured parcel post or UPS
within 14 days of receipt for a merchandise exchange only. The
replacement item will be mailed to you when we receive the exchanged
item and will arrive to you via standard mail within 10-12 business
days. We will also exchange items for a different size as
well. There is a one-time re-stocking fee of 10.00 USD per
order on returns, not exchanges.
